The painkiller 'grand slam' is a term given to a drug cocktail which contains three parts:

  1. acetaminophen / paracetamol (Tylenol)
  2. an NSAID painkiller such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), or aspirin
  3. an opioid painkiller such as codeine or kratom

This cocktail of drugs is legal and relatively safe, as each of the three drugs used acts on different areas of the body.

Note that finding an opioid painkiller without a prescription may be difficult in the United States, although it is no problem in countries such as Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
